Public meeting scheduled for 6/21/16 on the proposed regulations


The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation is proposing regulations for the Blue Hole and Peekamoose Valley in the Town of Denning, Ulster County.

The language for the proposed regulations mirrors the existing Emergency Regulations.

A public meeting will be held to provide information about the proposed regulations and to get input from the public.

When: Tuesday, June 21 at 7:00 PM

Where: Sundown Methodist Church, Peekamoose Rd, Denning, NY 12782

Written or oral comments will be accepted at the meeting or can be submitted anytime during the 45-day comment period which runs from June 8, 2016 to July 23, 2016. Questions or comments may be sent by mail or email to:
