The Monitoring and Managing Ash (MaMA) Training Workshop, sponsored by the Catskill Regional Invasive Species Partnership (CRISP), will teach MaMA’s innovative approach to conserving ash and mitigating damage from the Emerald Ash Borer (EAB), which threatens killing virtually all the ash trees in the area; it includes instruction in MaMA’s citizen-science and land-manager projects to find EAB-resistant trees.
