Outdoor fun for families with kids of all ages! Enjoy storytime under the trees and hands-on science and art activities as you explore the Catskill Interpretive Center's beautiful, fully accessible nature trail. Learn how to identify animal tracks (and make your own!), paint rocks with local artist Susan Togut, work together to complete our new interactive scavenger hunts, and lots more!
Kids and grownups alike will enjoy browsing tables from local nonprofits, educational programs and community organizations to learn more about what the Catskill region has to offer just for families.
The grounds are stroller-friendly, and well-behaved dogs are welcome outside. Bring a picnic lunch and make a day of it! Rain or shine; in case of severe weather the fun will move inside the Catskill Interpretive Center building.
